Get involved in Cummins workshops

Cummins will host three workshops between June and September to help farmers get International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) ready.

The free three-part workshop series is designed to build your understanding of ISCC certification, market expectations and on-farm readiness.

The program supports grain producers to secure market access and confidently prepare for certification.

Cummins will host its first workshop on Tuesday 16 June, before the second on Tuesday 4 August and the final workshop on Tuesday 1 September.

Across three practical half-day workshops, you will gain the knowledge, tools and systems needed to understand ISCC requirements and apply them on-farm.

Participants can attend individual workshops or complete the full series for a comprehensive understanding of the ISCC certification process.

Workshops will be held at a venue in Cummins, with specific venue details provided upon registration.

They are free, but registrations are essential, with morning tea and lunch provided.

Each session focuses on something different.

The first workshop is ‘ISCC Foundations, market context and what ‘Audit-Ready’ looks like’, where you can understand ISCC requirements and how audits work in practice; explore how sustainability expectations influence grain markets and access; and learn what ‘audit-ready’ looks like on-farm, including key documents and systems.

Workshop two is ‘Farm Office Deep Dive’, where participants can organise records, documents and systems to meet ISCC requirements; build strong audit evidence with confidence; and fix missing or incomplete data; identify and address gaps before they become issues.

The final workshop is ‘Field Trip’, where you can gain insight into how ISCC operates across the supply chain; understand how certification supports access to premium and certified markets; and see firsthand how on-farm practices connect to end-user requirements.

Register for the first workshop at grdc.com.au/events/list/2026/06/iscc-market-readiness-and-risk-awareness-cummins-workshop-1; the second at grdc.com.au/events/list/2026/08/iscc-market-readiness-and-risk-awareness-cummins-workshop-2; and the third at grdc.com.au/events/list/2026/09/iscc-market-readiness-and-risk-awareness-cummins-workshop-3
