Thanks for your support in 2025

As another year wraps up, the team at WSB Cummins has been taking a moment to look back on what has been a big and memorable season for the team on Eyre Peninsula.

From the day the doors were opened, WSB has been welcomed with genuine support from local farmers and families, and that encouragement has played a huge part in shaping the year the team has had.

The aim from the start was simple: to build a branch that could genuinely serve as a one-stop hub for agricultural and mechanical needs.

Whether it is parts for machinery, servicing your ute or helping you choose the right equipment for the farm, WSB has worked hard to make sure you can find what you need under one roof – and the support from the community has made that possible.

A big part of this year has been strengthening the team.

New service manager Mike Boyd made the move from New Zealand and brought with him a solid background from his time in an AGCO dealership.

Mike has settled in quickly, and his approach to service has already had a positive impact.

“The goal is always the same, keep farmers moving and make sure the job’s done properly,” Mike said.

The team also welcomed back local mechanic Dave Herbert, well-known across Eyre Peninsula for his skills in light vehicle work.

His arrival has helped grow the auto mechanical and electrical garage services, making it easier for locals to get reliable attention for their day-to-day vehicles.

Apprentice diesel technician Trent Inglis has also joined the workshop team, adding fresh energy and enthusiasm.

While the team said goodbye to Allan Barlolong during the year, the new faces have brought a strong mix of experience and local knowledge that has helped us lift service even further.

This has also been the year WSB Cummins became the region’s home for AGCO machinery, giving Eyre Peninsula farmers local access to the latest Fendt and Massey Ferguson equipment.

Having sales, parts and servicing all available in town means support is close at hand, backed by people who understand local conditions.

The parts department, managed by Peter and Jayden, has continued to grow into an impressive resource for the region.

Along with genuine AGCO and Manitou parts, the range of everyday essentials: bolts, hoses, batteries, oils and general hardware has made the store a handy stop for many.

“If you haven’t had a look through lately, you’ll probably find something you didn’t realise we stocked,” Peter said.

Looking ahead, the whole WSB Cummins team wants to thank you for the trust you have shown this year.

Your support means a great deal, and the team is committed to continuing to provide reliable, friendly and professional service to help you get the most out of the seasons to come.

WSB looks forward to working with you again in the new year.
