Patterson Conveyancing: From paddocks to paperwork

Harvest is fast approaching across Eyre Peninsula and few people understand the demands on farming families better than Renee Patterson and her conveyancing team.

As the daughter of a stock agent, Renee grew up surrounded by the rhythms of the land and the long hours of country life.

It is this deep connection to the farming community that she now brings to Patterson Conveyancing.

Renee knows that at harvest time, farmers cannot always afford to leave the paddock to take care of paperwork.

That is why her team makes the process easier by travelling to properties across the region, completing identification online and handling conveyancing needs in whatever way works best for clients.

“At harvest time it can be really hard for people to come in and see their conveyancers or their agents, so we’ll go to them if they need us too,” Renee said.

“It’s great that we can also do electronic signing for documents, but we will go out when our assistance is needed.

“That’s what we’re here for – to support our local community.”

Patterson Conveyancing offers a wide range of services, including private mortgages, leases, share-farm agreements and family farm transfers across Eyre Peninsula, up the West Coast, and through to Whyalla.

Whether you are planning the next step for your property or need guidance to meet your conveyancing obligations, Patterson Conveyancing is committed to supporting farming families year-round.
