Register your interest in Eyre Peninsula Peer Group Program

Expressions of interest are now open for a new Grains research and Development Corporation-supported regional peer group program for grain growers on Eyre Peninsula.

This two-year program is designed for growers looking to better understand their business performance, strengthen financial decision-making and gain clarity on key profit drivers.

Places are limited to support meaningful peer discussion, with only a few spots remaining, so early registration is encouraged.

The program is free to participate but represents significant commercial value, with the primary investment being time and engagement.

Rising input costs, volatility and margin pressure are increasing the complexity of business decisions in grain production.

This structured peer group program will support participating growers through: annual whole-of-business benchmarking; confidential one-on-one debriefs; peer group workshops focused on key business themes; targeted webinars addressing priority areas; and aggregated regional insights with all individual data remaining confidential.

Participants will understand how their business compares to regional benchmarks; identify key profit drivers and cost pressures; build confidence in financial and strategic decisions; and develop practical actions to improve business performance.

Between June and July there will be benchmarking data collection and individual debriefs and in August the year one workshop.

In 2026 and 2027 there will be ongoing workshops and webinars – with dates confirmed at induction – before the program concludes in September 2027.

This program is open to commercial grain and mixed enterprise growers who are actively involved in whole-of-business decision-making; want greater clarity on financial performance; and are willing to commit to a two-year peer group.
