Collandra Buddy sons for sale

Collandra Merino Stud’s 45th annual on-property ram sale to be held on Tuesday, September 9 will see a lineup of top-quality genetics, particularly from East Bungaree blood lines.

This has seen the Tumby Bay stud continue to improve its already structurally sound big frames with a wide horn set and heavy cutting soft white wools.

There will be 40 rams available at the upcoming sale day.

With stud consultant Tony Brooks of Brooks Merino Services and the next generation, daughter Emily, the stud has a fresh bright future.

The sons of stud’s horn ram ‘Buddy’, and Collinsville’s ‘Buddy 23’, will now be available – both rams were bought in 2023 due to their superior comfort factor, magnificent micron and delightful deviation.

All of Collandra’s rams are paddock-run, to better prepare them for the potential buyer, so they are ready to work and ‘what you see is what you get’, with no surprises.

Collandra guarantees all purchases and offers free classing and horn cutting services to all clients.

The auction, at 4025 Lincoln Highway, Tumby Bay, starts at 1.30pm.

Inspection is available by appointment, or from 11am on sale day.
