Quality on offer at award-winning stud

Collandra North Poll Merino Stud’s highly anticipated annual on-property ram sale is just around the corner.

If you are in the market for a top-tier ram from an award-winning stud, this is an event not to be missed.

Taking place on Wednesday, August 6 at the Collandra North property near Tumby Bay, the sale will feature 130 quality rams backed by proven, reliable genetics.

Following the recent success of winning the Australian Grand Champion March Shorn Ram at the Australian Sheep and Wool Show, the stud continues to lead with excellence and consistency.

Stud principal and fifth-generation farmer Sydney Lawrie said this year’s offering was especially exciting.

Among the highlights:

Lot 3: March Shorn 2-Tooth Strong Wool Champion at the Australian Sheep and Wool Show.

Lot 2: Placed fourth in the Medium Wool 2-Tooth class at the same national show.

Lot 1 and Lot 2 are sired by Collinsville Masterbuilt 211110, a ram delivering exceptional wool nourishment, size and structural quality.

“These two standout rams would make a valuable addition to any stud or commercial operation,” Sydney said.

At Collandra North, the commitment goes beyond the sale.

All clients receive complimentary classing services to enhance flock uniformity and performance, along with ongoing support for breeding and management decisions.

Those interested in arranging a private inspection are encouraged to contact Sydney on 0428 820 216.

More details are available at collandranorth.com.au

An additional 300 rams will also be available for private selection following the auction.
